Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”). This section applies solely to individuals who reside in Canada.
The purpose of this section is to inform Canadian residents (“consumers” or “you”), about the collection of email addresses, text numbers and social media addresses (“electronic addresses” under CASL) and the use of those electronic addresses for sending “commercial electronic messages” (or “CEMs”) that are sent for a marketing purpose and not related to a purchase or inquiry by you or are not otherwise governed by an exemption or implied consent under CASL and its regulations.

お客様は、お客様に代わって権利リクエストを提出するために、認証代理人を使用することができます。お客様が、お客様の代理としてリクエストを提出するために認証代理人を使用する場合、当社は、お客様が当社と直接身元を確認すること、又は認証代理人がお客様の代理として行動することを許可されていることをお客様が当社と直接確認することを要します。

カナダ在住の方への追加情報
カナダの反スパム法（「CASL」）：本セクションは、カナダに居住する個人にのみ適用されます。
このセクションの目的は、カナダ居住者（「消費者」又は「お客様」）に対し、電子メールアドレス、テキスト番号、ソーシャルメディアのアドレス（CASL上の「電子アドレス」をいいます。）の収集、及びマーケティング目的で送信され、お客様による購入若しくは問い合わせに関連しない、又はCASL及びその規制の下で免除又は黙示的同意が適用されない「商用電子メッセージ」（又は「CEM」）の送信のためのこれらの電子アドレスの使用についてお知らせすることです。
当社は、CASLに基づく当社の要件に準拠するよう、お客様とのやり取りを行います。お客様は、当社がお客様の黙示的な同意を得ている場合（お客様による購入又は問い合わせに基づく、期間限定の既存の取引関係がある場合など）、又は当社がCASLに基づく同意の要件から免除される権利を有している場合（当社がお客様に保証又は製品リコール情報を提供する場合など）を除き、将来的に当社からCEMを受け取ることについて、事前に明示的な同意を提供する権利を有します。
当社からお客様へのCEMはすべてCASLに準拠し、特に配信停止オプションを含みます。当社は、お客様からの配信停止リクエストを遅滞なく、遅くともリクエストを受領してから10営業日以内に実施します。
当社のCASL遵守に関する追加情報については、本ポリシーに記載の通り当社にお問い合わせください。
「PDPA」とは、個人データ保護法B.E. 2562（2019年）を意味します。
「PDPC」とは、個人情報保護委員会を意味し、タイにおける個人情報保護の監督機関として機能します。
タイにおける未成年者の個人情報の収集について
当社は、故意に20歳未満の児童からデータを収集したり、20歳未満の児童に販売したりすることはありません。本サービスを利用することにより、利用者は20歳以上であること、又は未成年者の親若しくは保護者であることを表明し、かかる未成年者の扶養家族が本サービスを利用することに同意するものとします。20歳未満のユーザーの個人情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、当社はアカウントを無効化し、当社の記録から当該データを速やかに削除するための合理的な措置を講じます。当社が20歳未満の子供から収集した可能性のあるデータに気付いた場合は、privacy@lghnh.comへご連絡ください。

当社は、不正アクセス、収集、使用、開示、複写、変更、廃棄又は類似のリスク、及び個人データが保存されている記憶媒体又はデバイスの紛失を防止するために、合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じることにより、当社が保有又は管理している個人データを保護するものとします。
当社は、重大な損害をもたらす可能性のある、お客様の個人データに影響を及ぼすデータ侵害が発生した場合、（PDPAに従い、またPDPAに従って）お客様に通知するものとします。

「APPI」とは、日本国の個人情報の保護に関する法律（2003年法律第57号）をいう。
「TBA」とは、電気通信事業法（1984年法律第86号）を意味する。

第三者が関与する取引：当社は、第三者が提供するサービス、製品、アプリケーション、又はスキルを、本サービス上で、又は本サービスを通じて利用できるようにします。例えば、お客様は、当社のストアを通じて第三者から製品を注文したり、当社のストアを通じて第三者のアプリケーションプロバイダからアプリケーションをダウンロードしたり、当社のサービスを通じて第三者のスキルを有効にしたりすることができます。お客様が第三者から注文を行う場合、注文に関連する情報は、日本国外に所在する販売者を含む当該第三者販売者に提供され、当該情報は当該第三者販売者のプライバシーポリシーの対象となります。当ストアで商品を販売する海外の販売者は、個人情報保護のための措置を採用することを当社に誓約する必要があります。第三者販売者の詳細については、その販売者の情報ページをご覧ください。
本ポリシーに規定されている場合を除き、お客様に関する個人情報が第三者と共有される可能性がある場合、お客様は通知を受け取り、情報を共有しないことを選択する機会があります。
電気通信事業法に基づく提供情報
ユーザー関連情報の外部送信
当社及び／又は第三者のサービスプロバイダーは、本サービスがお客様に提供される際に、第三者の電子機器（ウェブサーバー等）に対して、ユーザー関連情報に関する情報の送信を要求することがあります。
ユーザー関連情報
当社は、ユーザー関連情報を、お客様のブラウザ又はデバイスを認識し、お客様の関心事について詳しく知り、お客様に必要不可欠な機能及び本サービスを提供し、その他の目的のために使用します。承認された第三者も、お客様が本サービスを利用する際にユーザー関連情報を利用する場合があります。第三者には、検索エンジン、測定及び分析サービスのプロバイダー、ソーシャルメディアネットワーク、広告会社などが含まれます。第三者は、コンテンツ（お客様の関心に関連する広告を含む）の配信、効果測定、及び当社に代わってサービスを実行するために、ユーザー関連情報を使用します。
ユーザー関連情報の第三者広告サービス等への利用について

Dasar Privasi ini bertujuan untuk memaklumkan kepada anda bahawa maklumat peribadi anda sedang diproses oleh kami atau bagi pihak kami dan anda dengan ini memberikan persetujuan anda untuk pemprosesan maklumat peribadi anda mengikut Dasar Privasi ini.

Maklumat Peribadi Kanak-Kanak Bawah Umur
Mengenai maklumat peribadi yang berkaitan dengan kanak-kanak di bawah umur (iaitu individu di bawah umur 18 tahun), anda mengesahkan bahawa anda adalah ibu bapa atau penjaga yang sah atau seorang yang mempunyai tanggungjawab ibu bapa untuk kanak-kanak bawah umur tersebut untuk memberi kebenaran bagi pihaknya untuk memproses maklumat peribadinya selaras dengan Dasar Privasi ini.
Maklumat Peribadi Wajib
Anda wajib memberikan kami butiran yang ditanda atau dinyatakan sebagai wajib dalam borang kami (secara kolektif, "maklumat peribadi wajib"). Jika anda gagal memberikan kami mana-mana maklumat peribadi wajib, kami mungkin menolak, atau tidak dapat, memproses maklumat peribadi anda untuk sebarang maksud-maksud yang dinyatakan dalam Dasar Privasi ini.
Bahasa
Sekiranya terdapat sebarang ketidakselarasan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan versi Bahasa Malaysia Dasar Privasi ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan mengatasi versi Bahasa Malaysia.
